Each year, multiple people, including Caribbean natives travel to the US for various reasons, from vacation to studies. In doing this most overlook the rising racial tensions which have taken multiple African American and Non US native lives, not limited to those which never make it to mainstream media. This time around Nirvana has acquired a topic larger than himself and has teamed up with the Audio Predators and Viral Masters camp to deliver his second musical installment entitled, “Wake up.” The single features “Sade Sealey” an upcoming Trinidadian singer and songwriter who also recently delivered a musical piece which speaks on the topic. The track features two verses from the upcoming rapper which not only speak on the topic of racial tension but of “black on black” crime and gang violence.
